Terms and conditions

Please read the information listed below carefully, as each registration booking is subject to the standard terms and conditions of CORE Education Ltd. Registering for this event is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation, postponement and substitution policy

You may substitute delegates prior to the event by advising the conference organiser at alana.douglas@core-ed.org
CORE Education is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. CORE Education shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this seminar is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this seminar impracticable, illegal or impossible, in the sole opinion of CORE. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, earthquake, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Special requirements

Every effort will be made to ensure that delegates with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, or catering provision, please include the relevant details on your registration form.

Photography/video

Please be aware that conference staff and/or attending media representatives will take photographs and record audio and video footage of the proceedings, including audience response and profile. Materials produced may be displayed online or in other ways, eg, television or print or used by CORE Education for educational or marketing purposes. All attendees understand and agree to this.

If any delegate does not wish to have their image or voice recorded and used in this way, they must advise the conference organiser alana.douglas@core-ed.org one week prior to the event.

We will endeavor to avoid photographing or recording people so identified, but such delegates should also attempt to remove themselves from photographic, video, or audio recording situations wherever possible. Photographers will do their best to take group images that do not identify people, and will also seek permission in particular instances where close-up images are taken. Whilst best endeavours will be made not to include delegates who do not wish to be, CORE can take no responsibility should their image or voice be recorded or used.

Other delegates may take and distribute images or recordings via social networking sites or independent websites or reports. CORE Education can take no responsibility for material or images used in this way.
