Across current international research, it is clear that many educators are reimagining learning in ways that are quite different to the past. It can be exciting but also challenging for leaders to forge a pathway in this context. There is no cookie cutter approach, so how do we avoid ‘solutionitis’ and select the most useful initiative in which to invest our time and resources? How do we, as leaders, take our people with us when the way ahead seems uncertain or new?
